1. Avoid Water Exposure
- Our jewellery is made with a delicate combination of acrylic and wood. Since the bottom layer is a thin wood piece and is not water-resistant, avoid direct contact with water to prevent any damage.
- Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, or washing your hands.
2. Keep Away from Harsh Chemicals
- Avoid exposing your jewellery to perfumes, lotions, or cleaning products. These chemicals can degrade the acrylic and wood over time.
- Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth to clean.
3. Store Properly
- When not wearing your jewellery, store it in a dry, cool place. A soft pouch or jewellery box will protect it from scratches, dust, and accidental impact.
- Keep it away from direct sunlight for prolonged periods to maintain the vibrancy of the engraving.
4. Handle with Care
- While the colours are designed to be long-lasting and resistant to fading, the acrylic and wood may still be prone to scratching if handled roughly. Be mindful when wearing or storing your piece.
5. Cleaning
- If needed, clean your jewellery using a soft, lint-free cloth to remove dust or fingerprints. Avoid abrasive materials that could scratch the surface.
- For stubborn spots, lightly dampen the cloth with water (do not soak) and gently wipe the surface, then dry immediately with a clean, dry cloth.

What material is used for your earrings, hoops and posts?
- Our earrings are made from high-quality acrylic, with intricate details that are engraved and hand-painted. The colors are long-lasting and will not fade if stored properly.
- Our hoops are crafted from premium gold-plated material, while the posts are made of durable stainless steel. Both materials are selected for their strength, aesthetic appeal, and hypoallergenic properties, making them an excellent choice for those with sensitive ears.
Payments
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, e-wallet payments, QR Payment code, FPX (Financial Process Exchange). Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.
Returns
If you have received the wrong item, contact us with your order number, and a photograph of the item. We may ask you to proceed with sending your item back to us, for which your postage will be reimbursed. Please note that items must be unworn, unaltered, and with packaging intact. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, store credit or refund will be issued instead.
We will not accept returns if you purchase our product from an unauthorised third party, or for products not in their original condition.
Shipping fees incurred to send the item back to us will be paid by us only if we sent the wrong item.
The best way to change your order is to contact our support during our business hours. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.
For hygiene purposes, we do not accept exchange.

Shipping (Domestic)
Orders are processed and dispatched to our local delivery partner within an estimated 2 working days. Our local delivery partner shall deliver the product to the address specified in your Order.
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate to avoid delay delivery.
Shipping (International)
- Please allow up to 1-2 weeks after your order has been delivered to be processed. Processing time may increase during peak sales seasons.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps.
